What we collect
Only what you type into the booking or contact form: your name, phone, email, the service you want, and anything you tell us about your skin. Plus anonymous analytics about which pages get visited.
What we do with it
Confirm your appointment, send a reminder text 48 hours before, and answer your message. That is the entire list.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. We do not store card numbers on this site — payment happens in the studio.
Cookies
A single analytics cookie that records page views without identifying you. No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
How long we keep it
Booking records for three years, as required for business records. Contact form messages for twelve months, then deleted.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email or call and we will handle it within thirty days.
